CNC sheet bending: high productivity with "laser precision"

Press-brake bending is another field in which we can boast extensive experience and advanced equipment. Our bending department has 4 CNC machines with 7 and 8 axes, among which a 250 tons synchronized hydraulic press VIMERCATI PHSY, with working length of 4.2 meters, particularly accurate thanks to “Data-M”: its special laser device for angle measuring.

Machines and dies for every need

An IMAL 4-axis CNC electric press-brake of 30 tons, with a working lenght of 1 meter, completes the department and allows us to satisfy requests for simpler parts. We also have a complete range of bending dies for each of our machines.

Molding: 150t hydraulic press

In 2017 we added to our machinery a NAVA T150 double action hydraulic press with a bed size of 1,000 x 1,200 mm and a workable height of 1,000 mm of 150 tons, which extends the range of complementary processes and allows us to manufacture some of those products unsuitable to spin forming.
